Trent Alexander-Arnold's exit has not been received well by Liverpool supporters(Image: @TrentAA)
Trent Alexander-Arnold may already be regretting his Liverpool exit, leading body language and communications expert Judi James has suggested.
Alexander-Arnold has been at the club since the age of six years old and represented Liverpool at multiple levels in the academy teams, before making the right-back spot at Anfield his own.
Taking all of this into account and the many subtle facial expressions he made during his interview that was released the day after title winners Liverpool's 3-1 defeat at Chelsea, James believes Alexander-Arnold may already be regretting his decision.
Speaking exclusively to Mirror Football, James said: "This sounds and looks almost like a divorce video.
At any moment you expect him to add 'It's not you, it's me'.
"His expression becomes slightly more intense and fiercer as he gains some energy as he lets the fans know 'I'll be back' with an air of determination and intent.”
Alexander-Arnold won two Premier League titles, the Champions League, the FA Cup, the Club World Cup and two League Cups over the course of his time at Anfield.
He was handed his Liverpool debut by Brendan Rodgers, but became one of the most exciting defenders in world football under Jurgen Klopp.

Alexander-Arnold was also pivotal in Arne Slot's first campaign, which saw the Reds secure their 20th league title with four matches still left to play.
Meanwhile, the defender is set to reunite with England team-mate and close friend Jude Bellingham in the Spanish capital.
