“I think for a lot of the lads this is the last one,” Alexander-Arnold told liverpoolfc.com.
After securing the Carabao Cup earlier in the campaign, all eyes are now on winning the club's eighth FA Cup trophy.
“There’s definitely extra motivation for us.
Obviously this is the closest we’ve been to it so it’s exciting for us and we are looking forward to it and can’t wait to go back to Wembley again.”
The Carabao Cup final in February, also against Chelsea, was goalless after 120 minutes and it took a penalty shootout to separate the two sides.
The Reds have had a successful few years under manager Jurgen Klopp, winning the biggest prizes including the Champions League and Premier League.
They last reached the final 10 years ago in 2012, but were beaten 2-1 by Chelsea on the day.
