Trent Alexander-Arnold has sent a message to the entire city of Liverpool after a car drove into a crowd towards the end of the Reds' open top bus parade on Bank Holiday Monday.
Arne Slot's side were celebrating winning the Premier League title as they toured through the city with the trophy.
But a celebratory mood turned to one of horror after after a terrifying incident as a car drove into a crowd on Water Street.
A 53-year-old white British man from the Liverpool area was arrested following the incident.
Forty-seven people were injured after supporters had gathered to celebrate the Liverpool's record-equalling 20th championship.
Of the 27 who were taken to hospital, two people, including one child, have suffered serious injuries.

Alexander-Arnold has now taken to social media as he posted a heartfelt message to those affected by the incident on his Instagram story.
The Reds vice-captain, who will leave the club at the end of his contract this summer, shared a picture of the Liver Building surrounded in red smoke from the parade.
He wrote: "My thoughts are with the whole city, especially all affected by yesterday's devastating events.

"Hopefully those who were injured will make a full recovery.
And the city will continue to pull together as it always does."
Alexander-Arnold then finished his post with a love heart emoji.
The defender made his final appearance for the club in the last game of the season against Crystal Palace ahead of Liverpool being presented with the Premier League trophy.
He was also afforded a hero's reception, in contrast to the negative response he received after initially announcing his departure.

Meanwhile, Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk were two of the first players to speak publicly on social media after the incident, while Cody Gakpo also joined them in posting his own message.
Sharing a picture of supporters carrying a 20 banner, he wrote: "Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this heart-breaking tragedy.
"May you find strength, healing and hope in the days ahead."
