As Liverpool’s players have now returned from the international break, their sights will be set on both their Europa League and Premier League games which lie ahead.

The Reds find themselves second in the Premier League with 63 points and are set to face Atalanta in the Quarter-Finals of the Europa League.

Although Jurgen Klopp’s dreams of leaving Liverpool as the first-ever quadruple holder in the English top flight were dashed after the club lost to Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, a treble is still on the cards.

In order for this to come to light, all of the Reds’ players will have to be on top form in order for the German to leave the club with a ‘bang.’

Which is why it wouldn’t be surprising to see Klopp turn most of his attention to the Premier League as, despite winning everything whilst at the club, he has only managed to win the top flight title once.

So, the perfect way for the 56-year-old to bow out of the club would be to come away with the title and further cement himself as one of Liverpool’s legends.

However, in order for things to end as they deserve to for Klopp, he will need as many of his first-team players available as possible.

Although this term, Liverpool have undergone something of a major injury crisis, they have still managed to outperform many of their rivals.

Players such as Thiago, Joel Matip and Andy Robertson have all been side-lined for extended periods of time.

Star man Trent Alexander-Arnold has also been absent from multiple games which left Klopp to rely on youngster, Conor Bradley to fulfil the role.

But, in some good news, the academy graduates return date has seemingly been revealed.

So far this term, the 25-year-old has missed a total of 14 games through injury

This is the most which the right-back has missed since the 2021/22 season where he was side-lined for a total of 17 games.

Although in prior seasons, his absence has left a hole in the Reds’ defence and attack, Bradley has stepped up this season and proven he can be the perfect understudy to Trent.

Despite the Northern Ireland international fulfilling the role of right-back very strongly, when Alexander-Arnold returns, there’s no doubt he will take his spot back.

According to a report from The Athletic, the defender is eyeing a return for either the ‘first leg of the Europa League quarter-final against Atalanta on April 11 or the league game against Crystal Palace three days later.’

This is not only a major boost for Liverpool but is also a boost for the player himself as it’s likely that he’d like to play a consistent part in Klopp’s last season as the Reds’ manager.
