Kostas Tsimikas and Ryan Gravenberch have both been pictured back at the AXA Training Centre after missing Liverpool’s Community Shield defeat to Crystal Palace.
Nottingham Forest and Leeds United have both been linked with the 29-year-old, while a number of other clubs from the Premier League and overseas have also expressed an interest.
Meanwhile, Arne Slot confirmed ahead of the game that Gravenberch’s absence was due to his partner giving birth, as the Dutchman told TNT Sports: “Ryan Gravenberch became a dad last night.”

Liverpool open their Premier League campaign at home to AFC Bournemouth on Friday night, with it unclear whether Tsimikas will again be left out given the ongoing uncertainty around his future.
The Reds are willing to sanction an exit for the Greek, having signed Milos Kerkez in a £40m deal from AFC Bournemouth and with Andy Robertson looking set to stay put despite attracting interest from Atletico Madrid earlier in the summer.
But while it remains to be seen if Tsimikas will be involved against the Cherries, Gravenberch will definitely miss the game as he serves a one-match suspension after being sent off against Crystal Palace on the final day of last season.

Stefan Bajcetic was also pictured at the AXA Training Centre on Wednesday as the Spaniard continues his recovery after undergoing surgery on his hamstring during the close-season.
The Spaniard went under the knife back in May after suffering the problem towards the end of his loan spell at Las Palmas, and has been undergoing his rehab at the club's training base in Kirkby throughout the summer.
The 20-year-old has missed the entirety of pre-season to date as a result, and has been linked with a move away from Anfield before the transfer window closes on September 1.

Elsewhere, Liverpool’s senior summer signings Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez, Jeremie Frimpong, Giorgi Mamardashvili and Freddie Woodman were all spotted continuing to settle in well in their new surroundings on Merseyside.
And in a comical moment shared on the club’s social media channels, Ekitike was seen recreating Frimpong’s dancing goal celebration when chasing after the Dutchman after the pair both scored on their debuts against Crystal Palace.
