The 2025 Premier League Hall of Fame inductees are in the process of getting selected with public voting now open.

Launched in 2021, the Hall of Fame celebrates and immortalizes the most outstanding and influential players in Premier League history.

Each year, a new set of nominees is put forward, representing the very best from across different clubs, eras, and playing positions.

This year, two more players will be added to an existing list off 22 players who are already there:

Player

Blackburn, Newcastle

Leeds, Man United

West Ham, Leeds, Man United, QPR

Newcastle, Man United, Blackburn, Fulham, Man City, Portsmouth, Sunderland

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard was one of the first eight inaugural inductees, with the Anfield club having a chance to add more representatives to the list.

Indeed, Robbie Fowler and Michael Owen have both been shortlisted for induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2024.

Fowler ended his career with 163 Premier League goals and 39 assists in 379 matches representing Liverpool, Leeds United, Manchester City, and Blackburn Rovers.

The majority of his strikes – 128 – came in a Liverpool shirt, where he cemented his status as a fan favourite.

Owen, meanwhile, netted 150 goals in 326 top-flight appearances for Liverpool, Newcastle United, Manchester United, and Stoke City.

He famously won the 2001 Ballon d’Or while at Anfield, though his later move to Manchester United in 2009 remains a controversial chapter that damaged his reputation among Liverpool supporters.
