A man was wowed when he had the chance to play alongside Wayne Rooney in a charity match.
The former Everton FC striker was spotted taking to a football pitch in Manchester last week for a charity game.
The game is held annually down the M62 to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support in honour of former Manchester Grammar School porter Stuart Dale.
Rooney was one of a number of ex pros to take to the pitch during the game.
He was in disbelief to share the midfield alongside Rooney.
He said: "We never thought he'd play, but he played the whole game.
I used to play football quite a long time ago for Prestwich Heys, North West Counties, so I played a bit of football, but this was on a different level.
"It was something special.
The event is on target to raise over £6,000 following what Graeme called the "unique" day.
He said: "It was an amazing experience playing alongside Wayne and the other legends who made it so memorable for everyone watching," he added.
"It turned out to be our biggest game yet for such a great cause."

It's been a busy week for Rooney as he also appeared on the latest episode of The Overlap fan debate, alongside Jamie Carragher.
