Elsewhere, Manchester United take on Grimsby on Wednesday night while Fulham face Bristol City and Brighton play Oxford.

Here, the ECHO provides everything you need to know about the Carabao Cup third round draw:

The Carabao Cup third-round draw is scheduled for tonight, Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

With Sky Sports broadcasting Manchester United's second-round clash at Grimsby on the same evening, which kicks off at 8pm, the draw will be held after the game.

An estimated start time of 10.15pm has been pencilled in, though this could be delayed if the fixture requires a penalty shootout.

There will be no extra time.

A 'pre-draw' will be held before the main draw to decide whether the nine clubs in the Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League will play their matches at home or away - these clubs cannot play each other in round three.
