Jurgen Klopp and Duncan Ferguson were involved in a fiery half-time spat during the Merseyside derby on Saturday.

Liverpool boss Klopp and Everton assistant manager were seen rowing on the sidelines following a first-half Liverpool penalty appeal.

The 2-0 Everton win was their first at Anfield for 22 years.

Klopp then asked Ferguson: “Why are you laughing?” That prompted Ferguson to respond with: “We are allowed to talk or is it just you, Jurgen?” which further darkened Klopp’s mood.

“We stand here having lost 2-0.

“In decisive moments, we have to improve, that’s clear.

These good situations are the guarantee that we can change it but the decisive moments we have to change as well.”
