Speaking on the Red Machine podcast, Endo shared how this drive fuels him every day.
“[When] I came to Liverpool, I really wanted to achieve [the] Premier League title.
Because after I came here, I won the Carabao Cup [in the] first season and the Premier League [in the] second season.
Liverpool’s 20th league crown drew them level with Manchester United’s record, a milestone he never took for granted.
“I knew that it means a lot to Liverpool fans because Liverpool had 19 titles and we needed one more title to equal Manchester United,” he explained.
“I was so happy to win the league with the fans, my teammates and all the staff.”
Endo, who made 20 league appearances last season, doesn’t plan to ease off.
“We won titles every season, so I hope this keeps [on] going and we will share a lot of great moments together.”
