Liverpool fans might not have to wait too long to see new signing Florian Wirtz in action after he completed his £116million move on Friday.
Wirtz will now join up with his new teammates when they return to pre-season training on July 7.
And his first appearance for Liverpool could come on July 13 when they take on Preston North End in their first pre-season match at Deepdale.
They are also set to face AC Milan in Hong Kong on July 26, Yokohama F Marinos in Japan on July 30 and Athletic Bilbao at Anfield on August 4.
Wirtz could make his official debut for the Reds on August 10 when they take on FA Cup winners Crystal Palace in the Community Shield at Wembley, while his Premier League debut will likely come on August 15 when Liverpool host Bournemouth.
Speaking after his move to Liverpool was completed, Wirtz said: " I feel very happy and very proud.
Finally it's done and I was waiting for a long time – finally it's done and I am really happy.
