And the Reds are already looking ahead to the new campaign after launching its new Nike home kit.
The retro design is inspired by the 1984 season, in which Liverpool won the European Cup against Roma, after claiming the league title and League Cup.
The likes of Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold took part in the launch, with the shirt having a yellow pattern running through it.

Van Dijk is a big fan, telling the official website: "I love the fact we’re bringing the retro vibe back.
I’m sure our fans will appreciate the nod to those club legends.”
Liverpool's deal with Nike is currently worth $63m (£50m/€58m) per season and next season will be the last of the current deal.
The Reds linked up with the sportswear giants during the 2020/21 season after switching from New Balance.
But Sports Business reported last month that Liverpool is on the verge of announcing a new multi-million-pound deal with Adidas.
That contract would come in to play at the start of the 2025/26 season, which would make this latest Nike jersey its final home kit.
