Fabrizio Romano has revealed when Milos Kerkez is expected to travel to Liverpool for his medical.

The Hungarian has been high on Liverpool’s shortlist for a while now and it is just a matter of time before he signs for the Reds.

According to the reliable David Ornstein, Liverpool have already reached an agreement with Bournemouth for his signing. 

Kerkez, who began his senior career at AZ Alkmaar and joined Bournemouth in July 2023 for roughly £15.5 million, offers both defensive solidity and attacking thrust from the left flank.

Having started all 38 Premier League matches for the Cherries in 2024-25, he delivered six goals and two assists while helping the club finish 13th in the table.

The negotiations between Liverpool and Bournemouth had to run their course, with the Cherries holding out for a higher valuation of £45 million+, but both clubs have now reached a full agreement.

The fee being paid means that the south coast club are netting a tidy profit for the Hungarian international.

With an agreement now in place, Kerkez is now set to travel Liverpool for a medical before signing officially for the club.

According to Fabrizio Romano, his medical is expected next week and he will sign a five-year-contract.

“Tuesday next week from what I understand should be the day for Milos Kerkez to travel to Liverpool for medical test and contract signing,” the journalist revealed in the latest episode of his ‘Here We Go Podcast’ on YouTube.

“So, it is all set?

The player only wants Liverpool.”
