Arne Slot's side have spent close to £300million this summer with the arrival of Hugo Ekitike.
The Dutchman has been heavily backed in the transfer market already, and the Reds aren't done yet.
They've already played Preston North End and Stoke City in a behind-closed-doors friendly, and they are now stepping up the level of opposition.
Meanwhile, Milan lost 1-0 to Arsenal earlier this week before beating them in a penalty shootout.

Liverpool should give a full public debut to Florian Wirtz.
The German playmaker got 45 minutes under his belt against Stoke but didn't feature at all in the Preston game.
Therefore, this will be his first public appearance as a Liverpool player.
Ekitike is also now in Asia training with his new teammates, so he is likely to make his debut as well.
There is no Federico Chiesa, while Alexis Mac Allister is struggling with an issue.
Luis Diaz wants to leave Anfield this summer, but he is part of the travelling squad.
