Wolverhampton Wanderers should consider moving for forgotten Liverpool star Nathaniel Clyne in January.

Wolves and Santo should consider moving for Clyne who is well out of favour at Anfield at the moment.

Wolves were recently reported to be interested in signing Divock Origi from Liverpool, but one man they should make a priority is Clyne.

He hasn’t played much lately, but earlier in his Liverpool career Clyne was arguably one of the best in his position in the Premier League.

Currently Matt Doherty is the undisputed right back but Santo is after competition for the Irishman.

He would bring pace and an attacking threat to Molineux, as well as plenty of experience at the top level, which has to count for something given Wolves, as impressive as they have been at times this season, are a newly promoted club.

His future on Merseyside does look bleak right now, and Wolves should rescue him from what has turned into a bit of a nightmare.
