Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso has hinted about his future amid links with the upcoming vacancy at Liverpool.
The German club claimed their first–ever league title with a 5-0 victory over Werder Bremen on Sunday.
However, shortly after winning the Bundesliga, the Leverkusen boss mentioned what the future could hold.

“When I feel that the team is behind me, the feeling that they want to believe, it’s much easier,” Alonso said, as reported by the Mirror.
However, it would be a swift U-turn for Alonso to be weighing up his future, given the strength of his recent comments about his commitment to Leverkusen.
“Last week I had a meeting [with club officials] and informed them of the decision to continue being coach of Bayer Leverkusen," Alonso revealed.
