Liverpool essentially ended their title hopes by drawing with West Ham today as Jurgen Klopp’s side whimpered to a 2-2 result.
Once again, the Reds were off the pace from the standards they’ve set in recent years and could not hang onto the lead or force a winner when West Ham equalised.
For Klopp, the season is now going to end poorly after looking so promising just a month or so ago.
Today, there was frustration all around the Liverpool squad, epitomised by Mo Salah having a dig at Klopp before being subbed on.
And that frustration seemed to be within some other Liverpool players as well, something pundit Owen Hargreaves spotted.
With West Ham taking the lead just before half-time, Hargreaves – commenting for Premier League Productions – noted how Liverpool defender Andy Robertson was seriously annoyed and pointing the finger after the goal from Jarrod Bowen.
“David Moyes will be saying don’t worry about possession.
Liverpool switch off.
You can see the players having a moan, you see Robertson pointing.
You can’t leave Kudus, a player that good to pick out a pass,” Hargreaves said.

While the Liverpool forwards have had criticism this season for missing chances when it’s mattered, the Liverpool defence also needs looking at.
Time and again they concede sloppy goals and give themselves a mountain to climb in terms of winning the game.
Robertson has been around the club for long enough now to know that things are not right at the moment and he was rightfully annoyed here.
Those watching on TNT will back Hargreaves’ point up here and Robertson was, rightfully, telling people what should have been happening with the marking.
This is something Arne Slot will need to work on when he becomes manager.
