Premier League champions Liverpool have completed the signing of Kerkez from Bournemouth in a £40million deal.
The Hungarian was of the best defenders last season and looks set to make an instant impact for the Reds under head coach Arne Slot.
However, Kerkez's arrival has raised doubts over Robertson, who has been at Liverpool since 2017, signing from Hull City.
A Champions League, two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and two Carabao Cups have followed since, but his Anfield tenure could soon end.

talkSPORT understands Robertson is open to a move to Spanish side Atletico Madrid this summer.
But McCoist believes the 31-year-old will only see the arrival of Kerkez as an opportunity to retain his long-term starting role at left-back.
When asked on talkSPORT Breakfast where Robertson will play next season, McCoist said: "The answer to that would be whatever he wants because Andy Robertson has been fantastic, what a career.

"They've signed Kerkez from Bournemouth, who is a terrific player and a good signing.
It wouldn't surprise me if Andy Robertson rolls his sleeves up and says, 'Right, I'm having some of this, I'm going nowhere.'
"But, if he doesn't make that decision and decides, 'I'm 31'...
If he did, nobody on the planet could begrudge him.
"He has been a fantastic servant to Liverpool, Scotland, and wherever he's been."
Robertson joined Liverpool in a £10m deal from Hull and has made 342 appearances in all competitions.
The Scotland international played a key role in their league title win at the end of the 2019/20 campaign, their first in 30 years.
