It's a trait that could see academy stars such as Rio Ngumoha and Trey Nyoni hit new heights as they look to progress into the senior setup to make an impact on a regular basis.The manager could also make the most out of the other options at his disposal, whether that is big money signings like Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak or experienced stars such as Virgil van Dijk and Alisson Becker.Then there's the case of Victor Munoz.
