The Netherlands international is one of Roberto De Zerbi’s top attacking targets alongside Manchester City winger Savinho.

Gakpo, who was signed in a deal worth up to £45 million from PSV four years ago, has scored 50 goals in 180 appearances for Liverpool and has helped the club win the Premier League title and the Carabao Cup during his time at Anfield. According to Voetbal International, Gakpo has now agreed a deal in principle to join Spurs before the end of the summer transfer window.
