Dominik Szoboszlai, who has also played on the right many times this season, is back from suspension and is expected to go straight back into the team, moving the Italian very far down the pecking order once again.With 2026 being a World Cup year, this suggests Chiesa simply now has to go if he is to have a chance of being selected as he simply will not get the minutes needed at Anfield with the options they have.Liverpool will be reluctant to sell, but given how loved he is at the club and how hard he works, allowing him to go if he is really forceful might be the right choice.Liverpool would only sell if they sign a new winger Who is the best signing Liverpool have ever made in the January transfer window?

Use the comment button on the bottom left to have your say Liverpool are in need of attacking reinforcements, so it might seem counter-intuitive to say that Liverpool would allow one to leave in January.However, if he is really keen to depart, the Reds might just allow it if they sign one or multiple replacements.Someone like Antoine Semenyo could allow Chiesa to leave given that the Ghanaian can play on both flanks, although he seems likely to join Man City at this moment in time.The Reds will have other names on the shortlist, though, so fans should not be surprised if rumours regarding others start to accelerate soon, but if they do, they will likely have to say goodbye to Chiesa one final time.
