MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES With uncertainty growing about their current defensive options, Igor Tudor’s side are eyeing a number of potential replacements, with Kim high on their list.However, there are doubts about their potential pulling power compared to rival interest if they fail to qualify for European football come the end of the season.Speaking on the Transfer Insider podcast, I explained: “I’m sure Tottenham are probably among a number of clubs looking at Kim’s long term future Bayern Munich.“They’ve got Dayot Upamecano and Jonathan Tah as the preferred centre-back pairing, so Kim has found himself the third choice in Vincent Kompany’s plans.“There’s been talk that Bayern Munich could be in the market for a new centre-back in the summer as well, so that would just push him even further down the pecking order.“Kim is a top player, he showed that at Napoli before making the move to Bayern Munich in 2023.“He’s 29 now as well, so if he finds himself further down the pecking order at the Allianz Arena, he could push for a move away.Credit: Imago“Kim, I think, has got all the attributes to be a success in the Premier League.
