MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast, Wyness believes the club will have to begin bringing down their wage bill.He told Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast: “I think a lot of it with the wage bill was to do with bonuses being played, you know, being paid for winning the league.

“So that’s one thing, but let’s not miss the fact that things like the [Alexander] Isak, the [Hugo] Ekitike deals were not included in those numbers. “So it’s going to get pretty lumpy for next year.
“But as I say, with those numbers to come in next year, they’re going to have to do some dancing as well in the transfer window to try and get the wage bill down in some way. So it’s a big number.
