They seem to have proper resources, they seem to have some people that understand the club at heart, and they’ve made some decent appointments.“They’ve got a good consortium that seems to have knowledge of the local area, so I think they could turn out to be decent owners and certainly deserve a chance to get forward.
“I don’t know if they were fully constituted and really timing-wise able to do it, but they did put their fingers into it. And, let’s relook at those rules as to how they can be handled differently and get them to be as consistent as possible.
