Liverpool’s 3-0 defeat at Man City was not a night for lofty ratings, not for the first time this season, with Ibrahima Konate and Hugo Ekitike both struggling. Here we compare our ratings with the Liverpool Echo, GOAL and the TIA readers.

Ibrahima Konate (3.33) has been poor far too often this season and he got the lowest score for Liverpool on Sunday. Meanwhile, GOAL’s Matthew Judge said Konate was “partly responsible” for the penalty conceded – even that may be being kind!

Giorgi Mamardashvili (6.08) got top marks for Liverpool, having saved Erling Haaland’s penalty, but he was the best of a bad bunch. What the stats say According to FotMob, Conor Bradley was Liverpool’s best player, getting a 6.5 rating, despite being given a torrid time by Jeremy Doku.
