I also understood that Arne Slot is not very keen to go to Ajax at this point in his career.”Arne Slot’s hint about his Liverpool futureDespite only three games of the season being left to play, Liverpool still aren’t qualified for the Champions League.They are six points clear of sixth-place Bournemouth ahead of tough meetings with Chelsea, Aston Villa and Brentford.Not making the top five from this point would be a disaster, but the word at the moment is that Slot is staying at Liverpool for 2026/27.The manager also spoke about his future in his pre-Crystal Palace press conference recently.He said: “I’m mainly here for the short or mid-to-long-term, and mainly the Palace game.”“There are conversations about next season but my main focus is this season.
