Salah, 33, announced in a surprise statement on Tuesday that he will depart Liverpool when this season ends. The Egypt captain has enjoyed nine years with the Reds, securing every significant honour on offer, including the Champions League and two Premier League titles.Whilst Salah has experienced a downturn this campaign and his conduct away from the pitch has drawn criticism from figures such as Carragher, he will be regarded as an Anfield icon and a Premier League great.
