It could potentially be a heavy one to end their league title pursuit.

Speaking on Sky Sports yesterday, Carragher said that he wants the verdict as soon as possible so that the title race does not get dragged out without merit. He added that Arsenal and Man City are the best teams by a mile and he does not see anyone else competing for the league title this campaign.

Carragher said: "We need a resolution as soon as possible because we’re watching a game and not sure what it actually means going forward. "They’re the two best teams by a mile, we know that, and no one else is really going to compete with them for the title.
