Liverpool Legends are set to face off against Borussia Dortmund Legends at Anfield in the upcoming LFC Foundation charity match. Reflecting on his ongoing involvement with the foundation back in 2024, after his successful tenure as Liverpool manager, Klopp expressed: "The LFC Foundation does an incredible job in the community, both in the Liverpool City Region and beyond.

Whilst this year's encounter at Anfield may lack the ferocity of a competitive fixture, it promises to be an enjoyable occasion as footballing legends grace the turf once more. All proceeds from the 2026 match, presented by AXA, Liverpool's official training partner, will bolster the efforts of the LFC Foundation and Forever Reds. It will also be instrumental in achieving the LFC Foundation's ambitious goal of assisting 500,000 people per season by 2030.
