Jurgen Klopp has been tipped for a surprise return to the Premier League soon, with Tottenham having been urged to hire the former Liverpool boss. Former Tottenham owner Lord Alan Sugar has told the north London club it should be targeting Klopp as its new manager, with current boss Thomas Frank facing more heat after a mixed start to the season.
