He was good again after the break, but then lost Harry Maguire far too easily for the winner. In fairness, he was clattered in the lead up to Mbeumo’s goal, but he doesn’t look remotely fit in the opening months of the season.

Dominik Szoboszlai – 6 (Man of the Match) Szoboszlai has arguably been Liverpool’s standout player so far this season, and he could come away with his head held high. But again, he looked far from 100 percent fit, and barring one shot that was saved there wasn’t a lot to write home about.
