In that time, Gerrard scored 186 goals, assisted 156 times, and won 11 trophies to cement his place as one of the best players Liverpool has ever had.For that, the star has also made his way into the Mount Rushmore of soccer players for many people, including British royalty in recent days.Prince William, a fierce Aston Villa fan, is well-known for his deep passion for football, and has now whittled down his top English players.Speaking on New Heights, he said: "For that, David Beckham has got to be in there.
