According to reports at TEAMtalk, among the growing list of options on Liverpool’s radar is Bournemouth youngster Rayan, who the club have made enquiries about. If Liverpool were to miss out on those two high-priority options, they may look to other wingers that TEAMtalk reports the club are linked with, names such as Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye, Brighton’s Yankuba Minteh and now Bournemouth’s Rayan.

The Brazilian winger signed with Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth side in January of this year for £24.3m after impressing at a young age for Brazilian league side Vasco de Gama, attracting interest over Europe and even from Liverpool. Stats like that are unable to say whether the Cherries winger would have been able to maintain that level of output across a whole season, but nevertheless, the youngster is far out of his age range for productivity in the final third, and the fact that his statistical output can even be compared to the likes of seasoned Premier League players is a testament to his incredibly exciting potential.

Undoubtedly the Cherries will not want to lose one of their most promising young players after only having signed him and January and will want to make the most of the fee they paid his Brazilian club.
