However, Liverpool's lead was restored on 65 minutes when Sonni-Lambie saw a shot saved by City goalkeeper Max Hudson and Abe struck the rebound into the top corner.The lead, though, was again shortlived when City's Jake Wain found space inside the area to turn and smash home an effort.
