Liverpool will round off their pre-season campaign with two home friendlies. Anfield is set to stage successive fixtures against European opposition ahead of the countdown to the new Premier League season’s start on August 22.

The Ligue 1 outfit’s visit to Merseyside on Sunday, August 9 will be their first since the teams faced off in the Champions League’s group stage in 2004. Cesc Fabregas’ side are set to kick off their meeting with the hosts at 6pm on Sunday, August 16 as they prepare for a maiden Champions League run.

Liverpool men’s and women’s season ticket holders, seasonal hospitality and All Red members will have access from 10am BST on Wednesday, June 3. The double header is the culmination of Liverpool’s pre-season schedule with three games taking place in the United States against British opposition.
