Republic of Ireland underage international Trent Kone-Doherty has left Liverpool to sign for Norwegian club Molde on a four-year deal.The 19-year-old joined the Reds from Derry City in 2022 and featured regularly at U18, U19 and U21 level, and his contract was set to expire in the summer.The winger also made two first-team appearances, making his debut as a substitute in an FA Cup loss to Plymouth Argyle in February 2025 and coming off the bench against Crystal Palace in a Carabao Cup defeat at Anfield in October.Molde finished 10th in the Norwegian top flight last season with the 2026 campaign set to get under way in March."It is the perfect club for me to come to.
