Manchester United midfielder Casemiro could be dropped to the bench for Sunday's Premier League clash against Liverpool on the road. Ahead of the game, there is a possibility that Casemiro could be dropped from the starting line-up.

The Brazil international played in both friendlies against Japan and South Korea during the international break. Manuel Ugarte, on the other hand, was not picked by Uruguay during the international break with manager Marcelo Bielsa preferring an experimental squad with several key players left out.

Casemiro was not spotted in training today which hints that Ugarte may start on Sunday. Manager Ruben Amorim picked Ugarte over Casemiro for a similar reason against Manchester City in September.
