MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES Rovers are currently 20th in the Championship table, just five points above the relegation zone, although their recent form has given them renewed optimism.However, should they take a downturn and end up on the wrong side of the fight for survival, they will likely be forced to sell their best players including Cantwell.Speaking on the Transfer Insider podcast, I explained: “If Blackburn were to go down, then maybe Cantwell might be moved on, but yeah I don’t think there’s any chance he will be moved on with a possible return to Rangers.“Blackburn, right now, do need Todd Cantwell fit and firing because they’re in this relegation dogfight in the Championship and are looking to keep hold of him.“But if they go down, he might be looking elsewhere to see who might come in for him.“He’s obviously just over a year left on his contract at Blackburn.
