How excited are you by Liverpool’s surprise signing of Victor Munoz?
And what do you think his role will be next season? Is he an immediate starter?

I just ask him to keep it up, because it’s the best way to grow.”It is a positive verdict for Liverpool fans to get, but question marks over the signing are likely to remain.Despite turning 23 in July, Munoz does not have an awful lot of first-team experience under his belt.He only played four senior games while still on the books of Real Madrid.Meanwhile, all 36 of his outings for Osasuna came during the 2025/26 campaign.Granted, he did score seven and assist five, and has proven himself capable of playing all across the front line. But it does feel like quite an odd signing given Liverpool need a player who can hit the ground running this year.Join Our NewsletterReceive a digest of our best Liverpool content each week direct to your mailbox
