Now, Coreiro da Manha have provided a fresh update, although the latest development has less to do with Liverpool’s supposed interest and more to do with how much signing Trincao will cost this summer.
Trincao is in America for the World Cup, so his future will likely only be sorted in late July, but his super agent, Jorge Mendes, has reportedly ‘assured‘ the player and Sporting alike that a significant offer for his services will arrive this summer. Liverpool have been linked but a bid has not been submitted yet, nor has there been any mention of the interest from the likes of Paul Joyce, David Ornstein or Fabrizio Romano.
