Sweden staff provide update on Alexander Isak’s fitness ahead of facing Netherlands at the World Cup

Liverpool striker Alexander Isak is not a concern to miss Saturday’s World Cup match against the Netherlands despite being spotted training alone.Concern had arisen over Isak, who had terrible luck with injuries during a rotten debut season with the Reds, after he did not join the group for Sweden’s post-match session this midweek.However, according to Swedish national team press officer Petra Thoren, Isak should be fine to face Liverpool teammates Virgil van Dijk, Cody Gakpo and Ryan Gravenberch in Houston.
