Liverpool are reportedly set to modify their head coach role with Arne Slot preparing to replace Jurgen Klopp at Anfield.
The Reds have agreed a £9.4million compensation package with Feyenoord and the appointment of Slot is now considered a formality.
Huge changes are expected to take place at the Premier League side over the summer.
Slot will replace Klopp in the dugout.
According to The Times, Slot’s job title will be specified as ‘head coach’ rather than ‘manager’.

While Klopp took on vast responsibility beyond coaching later in his reign, Slot’s job will be solely focused on the training pitch.
Slot will see out the remainder of the Eredivisie season before replacing Klopp over the summer, with a busy few months set to take place.
His side won the Eredivisie for the first time in 20 years last season but they are extremely unlikely to retain their crown this term.
Feyenoord are nine points off PSV with three matches remaining.
Klopp has given his approval to the appointment of Slot, saying he was impressed by his heir’s public willingness for a deal to be agreed.
The German said: “I like a lot that if he’s the one, that he wants to take the job, is desperate, like ‘come on, let’s go for it’, excited.
