Liverpool have reached an agreement with Feyenoord that will see Arne Slot succeed Jurgen Klopp as Reds boss next season.

Liverpool's proposed compensation package is believed to be worth £7.7m with a further £1.7m in add-ons and contract talks with Slot are unlikely to be a stumbling block, as he has already confessed he wants the job.

Speaking before Feyenoord's 3-1 win over Go Ahead Eagles, Slot told ESPN: "It seems clear to me that I would like to work there.
