Every six months, there are mass transfer frenzies and the whole world stands still to monitor potential transfers as a new window opens.
Perhaps one of the craziest transfer windows at Liverpool was the one that happened last summer.
Among the club, captain Jordan Henderson also left the club to join Saudi Arabian side, Al-Ettifaq FC, which was probably the shock of the summer.
But he was the captain of the club, and he looked in great shape when he returned to the Reds for pre-season.
Henderson’s move didn’t just shock supporters though.

Henderson’s time in Saudi Arabia was of course notoriously brief.
Ajax have continued to struggle, and a place at Euro 2024 definitely looks uncertain for the former Liverpool captain at this stage.
