Liverpool had little cause for celebration on Saturday after failing to secure a victory against West Ham United.

Fans had anticipated a strong response from their team following a disappointing performance in Wednesday’s Merseyside Derby.

However, while there were improvements in certain aspects, the anticipated reaction never fully materialized, resulting in a 2-2 draw.

Jarrod Bowen’s goal was levelled by Andy Robertson’s effort, followed by an own goal from Alphonse Areola and a header from Michail Antonio.

In truth, there were few standout performances for Liverpool to applaud.

Although Jurgen Klopp praised Jarell Quansah post-match, one player who deserved recognition was Robertson.
