The Reds have been closely monitoring his progress at the west London side and have identified him as a top target to bolster the right-back department. Brentford are unlikely to entertain mid-season offers for the former Fiorentina man, but may contemplate his departure at the end of the campaign.

The Bees are unlikely to let him go on the cheap and reports claim that it could take at least £51m to persuade them into sanctioning his sale. Kayode is fully committed to the Bees as things stand, but he has his sights on playing Champions League football in the prime of his career.
