Williams, whose contract expires this summer, has not played a competitive minute for the Liverpool first team since the 2020/21 season and will leave on a permanent basis.Ramsay’s story is one of injury frustration – the Scottish right-back arrived from Aberdeen for £4.2m in 2022 but has never established himself, and despite remaining at the club this season to rebuild fitness after loan spells, a permanent exit looks inevitable.Beyond those four, there is a longer list of players whose futures are uncertain.Joe Gomez, out of contract in 2027, is attracting interest from AC Milan.
